Precision setting and alignment of generating sets on prepared foundations, including flexible coupling checks and anti-vibration system installation.

Electrical Interconnection

Main circuit wiring from generator terminals to switchboards, protection relay wiring, automatic transfer switch installation, and metering connections.

Fuel & Cooling Systems

Bulk fuel tank installation, day tank piping, fuel transfer pumps, cooling water systems, heat exchangers, and exhaust silencer and flue installation.

Commissioning & Load Testing

Pre-start checks, no-load and full-load testing, paralleling and synchronization checks, and protection trip testing per OEM commissioning procedures.

Grid Interconnection Works

For grid-connected generation: connection agreement compliance works, protection relays, metering, and interface panel installation for DU/NPC connection.
