KEY ACTIVITIES

CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

Survey & Geotechnical Investigation

Topographic surveys, soil boring and testing, bearing capacity analysis, and site investigation reports to inform design and construction methods.

Earthworks & Subgrade Preparation

Clearing, grubbing, excavation, filling and compaction, and subgrade stabilization to achieve specified CBR and density requirements.

Pavement Works

Granular base course and subbase installation, Portland cement concrete (PCC) paving, and asphalt hot-mix placement with quality control testing throughout.

Fuel & Cooling Systems

Pile driving or bored pile installation, pile cap and abutment construction, pier construction, and cofferdam works for river and waterway crossings.

Bridge Superstructure

Pre-stressed concrete girder setting, deck slab casting, expansion joints, bearings, parapets, railings, and waterproofing of bridge deck systems.

Drainage & Ancillary Works

Reinforced concrete drainage canals, catch basins, headwalls, slope protection (grouted riprap, RCCP), and road signs and markings.
